And I don't need a demonstration, I've been beened by a basketball on more than one occassion. No damage was done and no charges were filed. Even in school we played dodge ball and I garuntee you those leave a mark.

 

He is not being charged with threatening, he is being charged with throwing the ball at her....

Low class correct, jerk even, Jack ass and ass whole. All those apply to Kyle as far as I'm concerned. I would not have had a problem if someone poped Kyle in the mouth for his actions and if Kyle had a problem with it I would say you deserved it because you were a totall ass. But I don't support waisting tax payers money on case because someone was hit in the body with a basketball and no damage was done to that person.

Seriously man, are you kidding me? Yes, it was a jerk move, but she got hit with a basketball in a heat of the moment "crime" after a game she was officiating. Deal with it. I am not defending Kyle and saying it was the classy thing to do, but even as a fan on more than one occasion I have wanted to throw a basketball through my television screen and knock one of the refs upside the head. It is a sport with a lot of emotions and he thought that he was unfairly officiated. Violence isn't the best answer, but his actions are hardly extremely "violent". Clark County of all counties should have bigger crimes and problems to be deal with...
Grow up guys, he made a stupid mistake, he and a teammate apologized for it, there is no need to get the police involved...its like a kid that was called a name at school going to the teacher and making a big deal out of something that could easily be ignored. IT WAS A BASKETBALL.

 

I couldn't care less. Hopefully this situation ends quickly and he gets back on court.
