porzingis will never get better with melo on the team, he is a black hole on offense. I dont think he can make anybody better, they feature this kid more
way too athletic to be comparing him to yao. this guy will average more rebounds and blocks than yao ever did.
Yao was pretty agile and athletic in his younger years. He had 7 blocks in first half against Celtics in his rookie season.
If Yao was 3-4 inches shorter, he might have been pretty athletic. He was very coordinated, he just was so tall that it was hard to be very athletic too.

and KrisP is more athletic than a lot of players 4" shorter than him. yao wouldn't magically be as athletic as this dude if he was 7'3" instead of 7'6".
I think I was wrong on Porzingis. I thought he was at best a rich mans luc longley. Now I think he can be a poor mans Dirk if he keeps improving.
