Hello to all, Olympiakos fan (or olympiacos, we use both spellings), Papanikolaou (or papanicolaou, the same applies) and now Houston follower here.

Both the doctor and this player have the surname in greek, it is just that the english spelling selected is different for reasons of choice i guess, no rule aplies.
