No one is going to take on a $25 mil/year contract on a past-his-prime SG that will undoubtedly demand alpha-dog status where ever he goes no matter who is on the roster.
yeah and I would like to apologize for any stupid threads I might have posted today. I came upstairs to find my 10 year old brother surfing clutchfans.
Seconded. Would help us in the Dwight Howard department too possibly. But I won't waste my time thinking of the possibility.
Yep since I really care what some person on the other that I have never met in my life thinks of me. I just thought I would be courteous but whatever I dont give a damn either way. Hell rookify me if it makes you feel like a bigger person but either way it wont effect my day.
The thing is S.A. Smith didn't even say Kobe is demanding a trade. He said he predicts a time this year when Kobe will demand a trade.
Considering the way the team is being run at the moment and the way it looks like they'll be run in the future, I think he is within his rights to ask for one.
Kobe is smart and a winner. He'll find a way to be in a team that has the right pieces to compete with the super teams. Right now, the Lakers is not good enough.
haha, Kobe is owed something in the neighborhood of $80 Million over the next three years (his twilight years). If you don't have the pieces in place already, just picking up kobe is going to do nothing, but cripple you.
Lakers' is trying to position themselves for next year's draft. So giving them our 2 picks is good enough to get Kobe?
