    Trade Harden while he still has some value. No one is going to want to play with him here in Houston anyways after this season.

    Keep Motiejunas, Capela, Beasley, Harrell and McDaniels for sure. Maybe Goudelock.

    Everyone else should be shopped. Let Jones walk.

    Rebuild around younger players who actually give a damn and play hard every possession.

    Capela becomes Morey's only 1st Round pick who he signed a second contract with. As for second round picks, Landry was resigned after his rookie year,,,the only one.
