He's actually not doing terrible. Not his fault we're bricking every open shot we get.

    Finally PNR.

Maybe it takes losing and failure for Dwight to finally buy in?

haha, how do you defend against those crazy shots they are making?

We are actually play good D. I suspect if we sustain the defensive energy and discipline Portland's luck will run out.

As decent as his coaching has been, our continued inability to recognize that basic baseline oob corner trey screen for batum, is inexcusable.

they are doing much better...attack the rim relentlessly. Eventually that will pay huge dividends...

I like it so far, but the rotations are still questionable tbh

He's terrible, you let a line-up go for 5-6 minutes with only 1 true defender and a playoff rookie in Daniels even when it's getting pummelled and losing the lead? He's not holding Harden, Parsons and others accountable. He still does not trust his bench. He still does not call plays.

Terrible. Using a barely used rookie in a must win playoff game. That's gambling, not coaching. Too late for experimenting. Stick to what the team had been doing all year.

If it's about game 3, why can't it be posted inside the game thread, or any of those McFail threads?

I don't understand why it has taken us 3 games for us to run Harden-Howard pick and roll? Also why are we still playing Parsons so much when he has been a negative on both ends. I get he has been your guy but damn, today is a must win game. Period.

At one point he had Harden, Daniels, and Lin all on the court. Sure, that's a sexy offensive rotation, but we had no chance getting a stop. Huge fail there by McHale. How is D-Mo not getting playing time? At the worst, he can give you 6 fouls on LMA.

McHale KILLED our momentum in games 1, 2, and 3 by pulling the hot hands in second quarter with big leads.... Game 1, he sat Parsons...Game 2 he sat Howard, game 3 he sat Harden. I understand the guys need rest but either Harden or Howard should be on the floor at all times unless somebody is in foul trouble. Never sit them at the same time.
