For sheer excitement - Blake Griffin no question. The guy knows how to score, loves to rebound and is willing passer. Also, considering he will only get better who knows how great he could be. However, when you factor in his reckless disregard for his own personal safety, there is also no question he will do himself a major injury at least once (if not many more times) during his career. The guy definitely has the credentials to be an amazing player, but unless he starts looking after himself a bit more, his style of play will undoubtedly come back to bite him. Kevin Love on the other hand is much less exciting but quite similar in efficiency. However, as mentioned already, his defence is circumspect (although Griffin's isn't much better) but has the potential to be at least respectable. Love collects rebounds at an extremely impressive rate and his offence/passing are above average. It really comes down to having a less flash rebounding machine (Love) vs. a super shiny bounding machine (Griffin). If you were to take one or the other, the choice would be difficult but ultimately you would take Griffin. Sure the risk of injury would be terrifying (just ask any Clippers fan watching him throw one of those ridiculous alley-oops down), but you need superstar talent in order to win a championship. Griffin is superstar talent. Love is statistically great, but if you were to pick one at full health, Griffin is your man.
If Blake doesnt refine his game, dude is going to get injured badly. he has to slowly come away from his dunking game. I am pretty sure that is what he will do. He seems like an intelligent guy.
Exactly, not even close. Love doesn't change games. Not sure why these two are being compared around here lately.
