    Thread title is a bit misleading IMO Love does declare him the best but also states how everyone needs to have that mindset. There is nothing wrong with that I am excited to see how he develops under Adelman and with having Rubio who looks to be legit. The Wolves look like they could have a vert promising future if everyone stays.

    FWIW I do think Love is better than Griffin at this point but Griffin has a lot more room to grow. IMO I don't think Griffin will be better than Love in their primes but only time will tell

    WTF. why are you some of you praising BOSH. he is NOT better than KLove. Seriously, he only looks more than decent because everyone is out double teaming wade and lebron, which gives him many open looks. He went 1/15 or 1/17 against chicago last year, absolutely terrible.

    Love and Griffin are basically the same player, love is just better at it than Griffin is right now. And until one of them develops a MOVE that is unstoppable they won't necessarily be leading their teams to the finals.

    Right now both Love and Griffin are behind KD in the special player category, that will be their next maturation.

    I think the title of this thread is a bit misleading. He says that he believes he is the best because you "have to believe you're the best". He says his belief is a mindset, not that he actually sat down and ran the numbers and objectively decided that he's the best.

    He didn't so much "declare" himself as being the best PF, but that he believes it and that's the most important thing you can do in order to become the best.

    Did you not know Bosh existed pre Miami. He lead his team into the playoffs twice. He has averaged 24/12. He might not be the best in the league, he is definitely up there with his polished offensive game
