I don't follow what's the beef here? Bezemore insulted your city so you decided to do the same to show how you're just like Bezemore - kids?
A lot of people dislike a L.A. because the people are fake and its a desert. New York, Chi Town, San Fran undisputed. L.A. is not for everybody and many people love Atlanta and Houston because they are real cities with real people. I have a couple of really good friends in L.A. and they all married girls from Chicago, Houston, and New York, surprise surprise. I didn't think Bazemore was complaining about any city, he had many offers I wouldn't assume he was talking about any particular one, he just said he feels comfortable in Atlanta, good for him and great city.
Before the season, I think I was in your sentiment, 100%...it was a lateral move for the Hawks. Horford's outside shooting, free-throw shooting, and offensive versatility (underrated defensively) vs. Dwight's rebounding, interior defensive prowess (shot-blocking threat -- more of an eraser type defender), and athleticism-explosiveness. Though, since the season has started, (even though Horford has had some concussion issues), I think the Hawks made the right move. Dwight looks rejuvenated and fits with the offense better than I thought he would. He's improved parts of his game, but the season is 82 game. I like Horford's game and he seems like a really good person, but I don't think he can be the main guy or 2nd guy on a team that is serious about going deep into the playoffs. I feel like Dwight, especially in the East gives Atlanta that edge a little more. I feel like Horford fits a little better in Boston, if they put him more in power forward role and in a role where isn't expected to carry the team offensively. I'm pretty sure the Celtics are in the market to try get another key player or scorer (rumor mills: Okafor, Hayward, and few other players). If anything happens to LeBron, I think Toronto, Boston, and Atlanta are three teams poised to take over the East.
Agreed, both are similar, but Houston is superior in almost every element in quality and quantity... except traffic maybe. I'm not hating on Atlanta but I think this dude needs to get out more.
I am so impressed with Kyrie that I could see Cleveland maintaining a top spot in the East even with a Lebron injury (which never happens).
You said between him and EG at a fair price and not "Not at that price". Even if you make their salaries the same price EG is still the better player, it's not even close Bazemore still has to prove he's more than just a role player whereas EG has been playing at an all star level when he's healthy way back when he was playing with the Clippers.
you missed the most important part. his health. i would NEVER take a chance on eg until he puts two healhty seasons together. say if we needed another scorer and eg was the only one we can sign, i would instead trade for a scorer and still get kent. eg aint worth it.
I want thank him for turning down the Rockets offer. He is what was wrong with this years free agency players who aren't that good being paid stupid money.
Atlanta has far more "fun" things going on, but yeah, Houston is better overall. btw- people say Houston is dirty
True. LA is literally bigger and more populated than Houston-Atlanta. Better vibes, weather, and scenery.
I can attest that LA is a nice place to be. Beautiful women, weather and scenery and stuff to do. With that said, I hate all LA sport teams..Lakers, Clippers and Dodgers.
