All 3 people responsible for this franchises direction....well they suck. We can't fire McNair, and at this point I think his passing is the only thing that will get Rick Smith out of his job. Smith seems to be a made man at this point.
That was Rick who brought it to the McNairs who informed the coach. Can't fire the McNairs. And can't fire Uncle Rick. It's like Bud Adams all over again, without the vulgarity.

Not gonna bother reading this sht thread but let me show u my perspective why rick smith is a big reason why we suck. A solid defense for gm smith is that he follows the advice of the head coach right? U could explain that's y Gary kubiak got fired right? What happened when kubiak went to Denver? He won a ring. Case closed. Granted it's not that simple but stop defending a sht gm. We have slowly gotten worse each year, but management was content that we keep reaching playoffs. Clean the whole house and rebuild or we will b mediocre for another decade

I don't see why people would look at Rick not wanting to renegotiate as being stubborn... I think he is doing the right thing by not giving into Browns ridiculous demands. Good teams don't let players dictate their salary cap.
I like Chris Myers but his accusations that R. Smith is undermining O'B is absurd and for The Sports 610 crew to add fuel to fire is even more ridiculous. That would be like saying, O'B is not developing certain draft picks to undermine Rick Smith......the things people come up with are ridiculous
