I understand the fustration, but it was probably and easier task clearing the 911 rubble to searching an entire city, add the fact that the 9-11 cleanup began immediately and the new orleans clean up is still seemingly in beginning stages. but I like I said, I can certainly understanding wanting to find the body of a loved one before demolition begans.
9/11 remains are still being found. Just this week some bone fragments were found on the roof of a nearby building. Unfortunately in big disasters like these a lot of bodies are never recovered. In 9/11 many of the victims were simply vaporized while in the tsunami thousands were washed out to sea.
Agreed, and we will certainly not find all the Katrina bodies, however... The finding of the 9/11 bone fragments wasn't for lack of trying or delays in the search teams or months without Federal support. The bodies washed to the seas in the tsunami aren't decaying in an attic in a major American city.
Don't forget the Katrina Cough It seems that folx around N.O. are developing a Cough associated with the mixtures of chemicals and mold that resulted from the Hurricane denying people from cleaning up their houses is ridiculous then . .their house so Mold infested that they will have little choice but to sell or something Rocket River
