[Justice] Texas father kills man allegedly caught molesting his daughter

Why I never could be a teacher. Too many psycho parents to deal with.

 

I would tie him up and keep him under my house for 7 years, bringing him out only to slowly inflict pain on him. After that...

 

if this was white man killing black guy, it would get way more media attention

 

Yeah, that's really weird, actually.

What if the teacher came up to you and said "I hope you're not molesting your daughter because if you are, I'm going to call CPS." He's just protecting your daughter, right?

 

I'd like to think I would. But, if I did, I'd do it accepting that I might have to go to prison for it.

 

I know you feel that's for the good of your daughter, which is completely understandable, but this is ****ing stupid.

 

4 years old....How is that even a turn on? Like I've never seen anyone say "damn that's a hot.....infant? Check out the umbilicals on that"

Srsly though, good on the dude for standing up for his family.

 

At 4 years old, then he would have broken her hymen or caused vaginal tearing. Blood and vaginal tissue can be found under fingernails or on his penis. Semen may be found inside her vaginal cavity. It can be DNA tested to determine where the semen came from or where the vaginal tissue, blood or hymen was from.

 

Really IBTL?? Will it be too weird if he responds by telling you that he will also kill you if you lay a hand on his daughter, no matter how old she is you dirty old fool?

 

so, you're going to do that with every adult you leave her with?

 

No charges filed, the man remains a hero !

Hey guys, lets not jump to conclusions here, only one side of the story has been presented.

This may not be as clear cut as it appears....

Let me present you with an alternative scenario....

We know the guy worked for the family, what if he had been stealing money for years, and the father only just found out. The father, who is enraged, starts beating the employee and doesn't stop until he is dead....

What would you say to get you out of this situation.....?

 

This is a valid point. I would need to see more evidence to be sure of the full story. I always require full evidence before being swayed by potential media bias (like what happened in the Trayvon Martin incident).

 

The grand jury saw that evidence and failed to bring charges......

You kind of miss my point.

In the eyes of the law he may be innocent, but the chain of events he has presented may not be true.

 

I don't think sending the guy to jail would have helped anybody, but I did expect some nominal or symbolic punishment. Either way, I'm ok with it (pending no more evidence).

 

For what you suggest to play out the following people would have had to collude with him:

- Person who told police they saw his daughter forcibly taken to secluded area
- Doctor at hospital who found evidence of molestation

And him being a damned good actor on the 911 call where he pleads them to hurry up because the guy was going to die

 

The point is that he is innocent, they looked at whether any charges should be filed and decided that no charges were necessary.

The process worked.
