Helps when you have a superstar and fighters playing with you. Ask lebron, kd, cp3

Lol act like rockets supporting cast last year was some wcf team

Did you ever point out he needs a superstar/s and fighters?

Or were you expecting harden to do the physically impossible by himself?

    team was never wcf bound

Even lebron or kd couldnt have willed that team farther than harden did

Morey mda cp3 knows that for a fact

Dude, when you see my name on a post - just pass it on by...

I have no desire to deal with your delusional blind hero worshiping self...

I come here to have real conversation about the Rox - not argue with excuse making homers...

So you cant dispute the fact that not even lebron nor kd could have single handedly carried the rockets last year and that makes me a homer?

Or the fact that 1 superstar aint enough in todays nba.

What does that make you? Either an idiot or hater

There's no sense in having an exchange with you, bro...

You are the king of straw man arguments... You take whatever somebody says and then twist it into something else...

Then deny any basis for the other person's assertion - regardless if its supported by factual data...

and finally sprinkle on some insults and personal attacks...

You are by far the worst poster on this site...

Others are more outlandish - but at least they are entertaining (to varying degrees) - you are just a broken record - rinse and repeat...

    LOL!

So you can name at least one player who could have done a better job than harden?

    What a joke!

The schedule change definitely helps. Less back to back games and he seems fresher

he’s reduced his turnovers and improved his 3 point shooting...I used to say that 14-15 was the best version of Harden, but he has surpassed that level

it’s ridiculous how easy he makes the game look...I still can’t believe we got this dude for scraps...praise be to Presti for trading Harden

Worse response ever. Basically its "it was ONLY a 2nd round playoff game. Quitting was the logical thing to do". No it wasn't, you never quit in any game let alone a playoff game

him and the whole team ran out of gas.. ask morey, mda, or CP3..

you act like the rockets didn't get to the WCFs because of harden. that team was 2nd round bound at best

act like spurs wasn't the superior team 6 more wins, 3-1 reg season record, pops rings vs mda's 7 man rotation, and winning almost all of their games while kawhi rested around 10 games during the reg season

how many games do you think 10 game rest/51 wins in the least lebron by himself could have carried the rockets to last year?

51 at best? then 4th seed getting swept by GSW at best?

Harden is never going to get a pass from some until he averages 40 a game and we win a championship. Heck even if that happened some on here would still criticize him.

Game 6 against SA was horrific, but it's in the past.

Looking forward to an amazing season

Harden took that super dusty 14-15 team into the WCF where we had heavy rotation minutes of guys who are no longer in the NBA or are Corey Brewer. Yea we had Howard, but Capela now is better than Howard and we have CP3 and a far better supporting cast. Harden is incredibly good and this is easily the 2nd best team in the NBA, easily the best I've seen since the 93-94 Rockets.

Not so fast. You also have game 6 against the Clippers & the famous 13 turnover game against GS. Harden has a history of disappearing in elimination games. Last year it's just more obvious he just quit. You can go 5-27 and still be respected for your effort. But when Harden only takes 2 shots in the 1st half, w/ ZERO effort & more turnovers than shots made, then that's full blown QUITTING. It's not about simply having a bad game. He never showed up

It's worse than what Kobe did because Kobe's not purposely throwing the ball out of bounds to Eric Gordon

Moreso lin then Patrick but overall both those guys are best suited to be backups or if starters probably on a lottery bound team. They couldn't lead a successful team out of a wet paper bag because they are what they are, average..

Why is anyone still arguing about Harden's playoff performances? Either you care about what happened, or you don't. I don't think there will be much persuasion either way.

All that matters is the next playoff series.
