at 3.01 am New Zealand time, I just had a sudden epiphany that smoking is a ****n disservice to humanity. Cigarettes btw just in case anyone else thought of something else. feels better than when I first lost my virginity.
good luck just remember that you don't need to smoke. Millions of people are out there who don't need to smoke, why do you need to smoke?

about 3 years? man it was like i made myself smoke as if it was mandatory, kinda like studying or something. id say to myself oh wait i havent filled my quota of how many how many cigarettes today yet i must smoke some more. man and the thing is one cigarette just feels way too short, its like one or two puffs and the whole cigarettes gone so i never got the whole "sensation" thing i was always going for. kinda like you have this subconscious expectation of a whole "experience" lasting for 10 mins but you only end up feeling it only lasted 2 mins. i thought it also helped relieve stress, but man the only thing is it was jus total ****ttttttttttttttttttttttt. for a lot of others in my age group, i think its like a way of looking "cool", and being "manly and gangstaaa", and also peer pressure. but for me i didnt even care about any of those things... its not like i wanted smoking to made me look "awesome" or "badass", i just did it like it was part of life like eating and drinking.... blehhhhh... *vomits* faaaaaaaaah wat was i thinknig????! oh well better late than now.... haha and im sure ive heard that voice from within me plenty of times before
Good luck! At one time, I had little patience for people who a.) smoked and b.) couldn't quit. I've grown a little more tolerant with age as my waistline has expanded and I've repeatedly failed in my attempts to give up soda and fatty foods.
