It's a pity Biden doesn't come from an important swing state and is from the Northeast. he would make a terrific VP for Kerry. Biden has really found his voice. I've been extremely impressed the last few times I've heard him speak. Of course, I'm a Democrat! I would be fine with Biden as Secretary of State if his senate seat is safe.
