I don't see a bit of similarity.... http://www.bloomberg.com/news/video...oes-for-chinese-court-win?cmpid=yhoo.headline
Aw man, you right. Jordan trying to say companies can't use any basketball player silhouette. He's going to sue the NBA next for their logo.
Yea lmao, I thought this was just bitter jordan being himself, but that is some shady ish the company is pulling. Using 23, the chinese word for Jordan, and a logo with a jumpman.
Them boys up to something. The company just released a statement refuting the claims: 'You searching for answers I do not know nothing'
Jordan brand is doing just fine. It is more than the signature shoe. In 2013, Nike made 2.25 Billion off the Jordan brand. Jordan makes $100 million a year off it.
Jordan upset that Adidas and the Yeezy's taking over. Have you even listened to Life of Pablo? Masterpiece.
Chinese have been huge intellectual and trademark thieves. Good luck Jordan, winning this in a Chinese court.
China wants to take the next step forward as a country that no longer copies/imitates and want to be taken seriously as innovators. China is on the right track and have taken a huge leap in that direction, so I could see that as a play for Jordan and his brand. I dont think Jordan wins though. Getting me a pair of them fresh Qiaodans.
