Yes... saw that... so the spit (plot) thickens! Again, sounds like another way to ensure the story sticks and doesn't go beyond... "he ate all the pizza, by himself, nobody else had it...".... "he was the only one eating it because he spit on it." So, some would say... by being a major ******* and refusing to share a slice of pizza with his close friends who were looking out for his hunger needs at 11pm... he got what he deserved? Or if his friends were very suspicious of the pizza, as they said in the interview, why'd they let him have it? Anyways... I think I've exhausted my interest in this theory. Its the only form of sports second guessing we have nowadays.
Could have come out in 99.....held out the doc on us for 21 years. Mofo did unleash it in Corona times when there is little entertainment.
A birdie chirped something to my ear... Personally would want to watch something on Bobby Jones, great hustle defender and champion 83 I guess.
LOL, you believe that bogus story? So a NBA vet (ie knows all about Utah) accepted a pizza delivery from FIVE PEOPLE, during the Finals, and thought it was ok and ate it solo? OK.....
That sounds like an even worse lie. All the people on the Jordan $$ train and not a one thinks to see if he wants some food? Bruh....
Toni kukoc was just a professional who got paid to do a job. Toni kukoc the mercenary from former u.s.s.r delivered in game 7 back in 1998. It was just business as usual for Chicago!
For Chicago, they ran you over if you was in the way. It was business never personal and they can go eat at a nice restaurant with the other team. Kukoc played like Durant in that pacers game 7 back in 98.
That was a nice ending, I loved that burning letters by Phil Jackson, shows he was truly more than just a regular coach, but also not that weird Zen master he was later in LA. I do feel with the exclusive footage of 97-98 and all the stories about MJ being a dick, it feels like they held back on a lot of stuff. I still feel the presented MJ as just a good competitor despite all the words by teammates, the incident with Kerr etc. It's a good documentary series, but I do think it would've served better if they had split it up in a MJ focused one and a Bulls one. In the end it didn't feel like a Bulls documentary as some guys didn't get the credit nor camera time they deserved like Kukoc and Rodman, not to mention the weird choice by Kerr to sit in his Warriors gear for a Bulls focused documentary! It was like a story told through the Bulls to tell the story of MJ and given how intertwined the two are it makes sense, but it left me wanting to know more about the Bulls side of things, yet also hear more from MJ about Space Jam, father's death, the time away from the game, the what ifs, the Rockets winning those 2 years etc. All-in-all a solid 8.5/10 for me, even though I wished I had felt it was 100% accurate and nobody was lying. The owner is a dick and a clear liar, but aside from him I don't know if MJ and the stories are truthful and maybe my feelings for the owner come through how he's presented. I'm glad they showed MJ the part about why the owner didn't bring back that team for another run and his expression says it all and also positively surprised by his answer to how it felt leaving in 98. I figured it was like in 93, exhausted and no more hunger after 3-peating again. It's great for the story, but as a competitor like MJ, it makes sense he could not accept that ending.
"God in sneakers" "Black Jesus" "Jesus Christ" Do you pray to Jordan? Do you ask Jordan to forgive you of your sins?
