I'm sorry, but let's try and make sense. More information emerges. So we get new insight. Big deal. Even if he trespassed on a construction site. Not death worthy. But you did mention that he was on camera. If he's on camera, then yes that is oh so suspicious.
the owner said he only saw Arbery once and that was the video before he was pursued and shot the other video at night the owner said was a different individual and he did not positively identify arbery never was arbery shown to have committed a crime (deserving a citizens arrest) and positively identified can you show a link, article, or video where the owner or authorities positively identify arbery clearly committing a crime (deserving a citizens arrest) aside from the video during the same day he was pursued and shot?
Dude every black man is suspicious anyway. We know what you are saying: he deserved to get shot based on your conjecture - no need to apply laws or have a trial
Are we seriously arguing about this? A 25 year old man was jogging, went onto the property of a home being built for a brief time. Continued jogging and had multiple men in cars with guns try to get him to talk to them. One of the men shot and killed him. It was murder. End of discussion. There is zero evidence at this point to remotely justify what they did to a man just jogging. The entitlement to think it is okay to get in your car with guns and confront a man jogging and then kill him his staggering. No one in the right mind that is jogging is going to agree to stop and talk under similar circumstances. No sane or reasonable person decides to go track down a jogger and confront him with guns. They should all go to jail. The authorities need to come down hard on this behavior. We don’t need entitled assholes packing heat and deciding they can just detain people.
He was not running before he went in, then he ran from the scene, a place he was not supposed to be. That adds further suspicion, which coupled with the recent events taking place around that neighborhood and on that site, is enough to warrant suspicion. Not sure why it is so complicated for you all.
You can't hear an IQ, and if you could, certainly not on a web page of text. Also IQs can't be beautiful, and bigly isn't a word. Nicely done.
That is only because he didn't engage a person wielding a gun. But joggers like him, nonetheless, deserve justice don't they? How dare they assume that woman's story was true and stop him. What evidence did they have to suspect he stole the phone?
That isn’t the legal standard in Georgia. They murdered him. End of discussion based on what we know.
lol does that make you the guy getting off to my ass? I think this thread is going in a direction I'm not comfortable with.
