Right on. The refs were bad all around, honestly when Lowry barrels into people in the lane I think it should be a no call most of the time. But in the CRITICAL moments of the game, particularly the last 2-3 minutes, the refs turned against us and it was devestating.
You know the refs had a bad game when several calls were reversed. They ruined the game for both teams. Joey Crawford was horrible, I'm just glad Violet Palmer and Tony Brothers weren't out there with him.
Back in the JVG days there was always some kind of report the day after a controversially officiated game of videotape being sent to the league office for review (mostly when Yao would raise his arms straight up in the air while defending and still get called for fouls) With the current regime does anyone know if this practice is still in effect, especially after last night's takeover by Joey Crawford? I'd love to read in the Chron that there's at least been some attempt by the coaching staff to bring this to David Stern's attention. Joey Crawford should not be allowed to officiate any more games. When he's reffing a game, it becomes a 5 vs 5 vs 3 contest. Absolutely horrendous.
