I'm referring over to the span of one's career. If what you said were true, why didn't they just simply increased his minutes last season? His maturation has more to do with his experience in the nba over his simple increase of minutes this season. Most players start getting considerably better their second and third year. Meeks is not an exception. Rather than attributing it to his minutes going up, it should be attributing it to his experience in the nba. Or are you arguing if he's playing 35-40 minutes a game, his 3 point shooting will go up even further? Don't be absurd.
