It really is an incredible testament to JJ that if he is not in the QB's face or tackling the RB in the backfield on EVERY single play I am disappointed. We have enough time with Watt now to get spoiled to the fact that defensive line players just don't get into the backfield as easily and often as JJ. I love watching him play so much.
LOLs! Good assessment, but no. I wished I had that bandanna. LOLs @ JesusJ Watt framed. Why is it "weird"? Freedom of religion?
If only other players help him out. Mercilus was a no show. Reed didn't do crap. Crick was applying pressure but with the help of Watt.
He should be MVP if that happens. Unfortunately, the voters will look at pure numbers, like sacks and tackles, and assume he didn't have much of an impact. If they actually watched the games, they'd clearly see that he's the best player on the field.
Most National sports are picking up on just how relentless this guy is. The announcers for the game were having a love fest for him even before he made any big plays. I am beginning to think that the extra Love is being pushed by the NFL. They are in desperate need a fresh "Role Model" who can make ppl forget about the Ray Rice's of the NFL. And every story that comes out in regards to JJ is just a humbling feel good story.
Rewatching yesterdays game. Seriously a one man wrecking machine. He did it all yesterday. Too bad everyone else on the d line is mediocre
