http://sulia.com/channel/basketball/f/ad0803f0-40aa-4ae1-a83f-80b6e4bb40c2/ Thunder wants him = He good. Edit: Ooops, wrong forum. Sorry.
Let me get this straight.... Jimmer doesn't want to be on the worst team in the west, he wants to be on the best. I'm sure Biyombo wants to play for the Heat too.
Since I don't see any quotes in that link or anywhere for that matter, I'm gonna assume that this guy is speaking out of his anus. I can see the Kings moving him though. Right now, from the looks of things, his ceiling is a solid role player/spot up shooter.
he's not. he's one of the better passing big men. i think you misunderstood my post (or the original post).
maynor>jimmer. I told everyone that kid was going to be a bust. BTW since when do draft busts get to state their feelings anyways?
Of course it doesn't mean he's good. The Thunder whiff on prospects just like everyone else. But the Thunder are a very well-run front office that tends to get very good value from their personnel moves, and as a casual fan with no inside statistical knowledge, their interest tells me that he has a better-than-average chance of being more valuable than whatever it takes to acquire him. This is a very Rockets-like move. They see the opportunity to get a guy they think might have unrealized potential at a discount, and they're going for it.
I'm not denying that he hasn't accomplished anything yet, but personally I'd like to see Jimmer on another team before I label him a bust.
Jimmer's game just makes me want to puke. So selfish and his shot selection has got to be among the worst I've seen.
I find it hard to believe that Fredette would have low low value right now. You'd imagine he might at the end of this year, but surely now he's still viewed as a prospect??
