Jets Owner Wants Tebow to Start

I don't get the logic. I'm alive and have no provlems attaching myself to the Texans.

They should really be starting the 3rd stringer, whoever that is.

Obviously lots of people blame Bud, but Bob Lanier is also to blame for not seeing the picture.

 

If the rockets left town , and we got some dogcats team, it would be hard to embrace the new expansion team.

Well, this is true. Also the love affair that a lot of people unfortunately had with the Astrodome didn't help matters. The Dome was OK for baseball, but it was horrible for football.

OK, so I really hope the Jets decide to start Tebow soon. I think it would be hilarious if Tebow works his magic again and leads the Jets to the playoffs, and Denver struggles with Manning.

 

Jets will probably clean house and rebuild. Tebow is just to give the media something to talk about instead of who's going to replace Ryan.

 

Sanchez is providing nothing positive for the team. At this point, you might as well try Tebow. If nothing else, it gets you that much closer to trying Greg McElroy.

 

I can't believe the AstroArena is still there.

NFL Network had some good points that they should play Tebow. He would just run the ball most of the time and there would be less turnovers than if Sanchez tried to chuck it.

 

Except that the jets defense isn't good either. They can't run 60 times, score 13 points, and realistically hope to win.

 

I grew up with the Oilers and was in Houston when they left. No self respecting Oilers fan would root for the Titans. That's like being a big fan of your ex wife after you caught her in bed with another guy. Also, I would rather drop an anvil on my nuts than root for Dallas.

 

Starting Tebow doesn't give the same miraculous benefits that having him replace Sanchez mid-game does. So I'm for this.

 

Yes, I'm hoping the Texans are up by 28 pts at half and Tebow comes in and leads a comeback that falls just short. Would be extreme entertainment.
