    I don't give a single F.

Why are the Lin fans butthurt? Lin is a mediocre player, an overpaid role player and role players are what they are. No one is going to put them on a pedestal, not least for a perennial All Star like Melo.

Did Bev say anything last year?

Grow a pair and get to work on your shots, BBALL IQ, Defense and not turnign the ball over

Bolding your entire response doesn't make it correct, your viewpoint is still overly sensitive. Also, you're grasping at straws assuming that this is unfitting for a winning culture. The majority of basketball fans don't care, if they did maybe Lin would have warranted more attention come trade deadline last year. Stop bolding your responses and talking out of your butt on what makes a winning team, also, stop being overly sensitive to one image. You people are acting like the Rocket's literally photoshopped Melo taking a dump on Lin and titled it Melosanity. Get a grip.`

That was probably disrespectfull ok, but its also a business. Lin wont get better by taking everything so damn personal. Melo is the better player and everybody knows it.

Anybody who thinks this matters in either the short term or the long term regarding future free agents is seriously stupid.

We're talking millions of dollars, title runs, legacies of great players.

Honestly, in 2 months...NOBODY WILL GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THIS.

Can;t stand lin rallying his troops through passive Bible scriptures.

hes a hypocritical diva, up in the club **** faced, sex with females, then want to act holier than thou.

People see right through you lin, and his followers are not the smartest in every aspect.

Have some objectivity and reason LOF's, home town fans of whichever city you flock to will actually respect your opinions more.

Lin and his fans are just mad that Melo kicked Lin out of NY and a good chance he may do the same at Houston.

Most likely, if Melo comes here, Lin is gone.

    This.

At least Harden doesn't pretend to be all this holy divine guy. He is who is is.

Lin OTOH comes out as a phony. Quoting bible phrases etc. and then paying for them hoes.

But you do realize that 1 image is all it takes to ruin a brand image. It'll also take an insanely long time before you can fix the image again. In this case, you see the twitterverse blow up because of 1 image. It's bad for the Rockets regardless. Just imagine that Lebron is deciding between Heat and Rockets. He feels that they are both desired destination for championship but he doesn't want to deal with this PR crap that Rockets are facing...

So regardless of who's right or wrong. Houston screwed this one up big time. And it becomes much worst since it has to do with such a controversial player that is Lin.

I don't think most Lin fans really care. It's not like those ppl on realgm are "LOFs" just because they thought it was a classless move. It was. Big deal. WTF cares anyways?

It seems moreso the Lin-haters here just want to find another excuse to bicker and argue. It's the offseason and we're all just waiting for stuff to hit the fan so any drama is sort of welcomed.;)

And God said "Lin will never take you to the promise land. Only a stretch four can take you there". Daryl the miser then wept, because he knew what must be done.

Thank you, but for some reason lin and his followers can't grasp tht simple concept. Not the smartest, ultra sensitive.

Thought 1: Would this have worked? Maybe we could do it in the slideshow instead a mural on the wall...

Thought 2: It was either thoughtless or not caring about being disrespectful. Either way Lin deserves an apology from Morey. And the internet never needs to know about the apology.

You can bet if it was Harden's or Dwight's number they not only would have asked they wouldn't be using that number 7 period. Did the Asian kid dirty here and for what Melo isn't coming to Houston.

If the Rocket's photoshopped Lin with a hooker, doing cocaine and holding up a sign decreeing "Hail Satan" sure that could do it. It's an image of Melo wearing 7. If LeBron could heal his image from the decision, anything is possible. You know what fixes everything? Winning.
