I thnk Reggie Jackson is very good. I think the thunder would be mch better if he started, and Westbrook was the spark off the bench.....but we all know that isn't happening

Jeremy Lin proves his worth to the team in the last two games when his back is healthy again. His 4 qtr and OT plays helped seal the deal. Backup pgs don't usually become the clutch at the end. But a healthy Lin is just that.

I'm curious, between Lin and the other options on the poll, how do the salaries compare?

Lin is one of the best young combo guards in the game. He can be equally effective as a true #1 or true #2. Much improved defensively. Has held a number of very good scorers to lower than average FG%. Generally has good number of steals, rebounds for his position. Now has a very credible left hand and 3 pt shot to go with existing skill sets. Presents difficult matchup problems for opposing teams because of his size and speed, and ability to get into the paint. Shoots a high percentage from the field and the FT line and gets to the line at a good rate when he has the opportunity to attack the paint.

There are things to improve - pick and roll defense, maintaining his dribble a second or two longer before making a pass, learning to avoid caring about a quick hook from the coaching staff. He is the Rockets x-factor if they are to make a serious run in the playoffs this year.

I think we have the best backup PG and Center but then I wonder why our bench gives up leads so often.

Our bench is poor to average at best.

I chose Reggie Jackson since he's been more consistent, but when Lin is on there's no backup better than him.

best back up pg in the league about 10 games a year.

The other 72 bad to worst pg in the league. Before this game he had a stretch of being the worst pg in the league for a solid month or so. Ok maybe he was better than Raymond Felton.

Salary and cost vs production should be factored into the equation as well.

it takes a tough mental approach to play in the situation his in.
We all loved Lowry, hailed him as a pitbull. but once Ham's minutes dropped from 34 to 19minutes a game, and was relegated to ball watching, he mentally checked out.

Lin just has to have an it is what it is mentality and avoid checking out like KL. Give it his all for the Team because we need all the firepower.
