Okay well if Jeremy Lin didn't play like he did in the first half the Rockets wouldn't have even been in that situation. If we're just going to judge a player by whether he hits game winners or not then no player will ever be worth their money.

Over the course of the game Jeremy had key plays, Harden had key plays. They had a bad fourth quarter but what the hell are we just going to discount their earlier performance to put the Rockets in this situation?

Even LeBron looked like a steaming pile of **** in his first finals with Miami. Did anyone question his contract then? No.

Blame the airball and blame the loss on JLin, that's fine.

But if you choose to be blind on and let go of the ISO issue and who shall be the PG to run the offense issues, Rockets won't go far.

Next time, you will have to find another scapegoat.

And now you're comparing LeBron James to Jeremy Lin. Go to bed.

He just seems too scared. Deferring way too much and not being aggressive at all. Heats can sense this and they leave him wide open. Maybe Lin needs to feel like his job is in jeopardy in order for him to start playing better at least that's how Linsanity started.

I can't believe the lengths at which you go to defend Lin.

"OK, I admit Lin's a bad player but look at the alternative - Tony Douglas!"

    You make me laugh.

can we stop using that as an excuse? spot up shooter or not, is it too much to ask an nb-freaking-a player to not shoot so many airballs? we're not talking about bad shooting here. we're talking about fugging airballs, WIDE OPEN ones, when the game is on the line. mind boggling

i feel sad for Jlin - this is definitely going to haunt him. As a Jlin fan, what i got to say?Time to brace for the criticisms.

But as a Asik Fan, WTF man!!!!!! they should kept him in the game! Major coaching booboo there.

Stupid. Do you realize that the offense goes through Harden? All players must pass Harden the ball.

Not even...At least Tebow won. Lin won a few games in New York. If he played anywhere else, he would've been unnoticed and probably not on this team

Can't really blame Lin for the airball, it happens to all basketball players. Lin's not Novak; can't expect him to drain a 3 after going cold from lack of touches in that quarter.

No...I really don't get the point. Are you trying to say that his airball is excusable because the greatest player in the world has shot airballs at some point in his career? Well he didn't shoot any tonight. He just hit us with dagger after dagger while Lin played scared and blew a wide open opportunity to put us ahead late in the game.
