This deal will get matched, wutsoever, the Knicks won't throw away all that money and publicity just for a backloaded contract.

I seriously doubt the NBA would allow one person to own multiple teams.

Honestly, my reasoning for getting Lin is motivated by once again having frequent ridiculous arguments about Taiwan.

He's what 22? Also if his last year is a team option, I'm okay with him staying as a rocket. Rockets are going younger and Lin did make his teammates better last season.

I hope he comes here just so that the half of this board who are thinly veiled racists and not so thinly veiled GlenRice can get banned permanently or just leave the board voluntarily.

Damn he is gone too. We just gave him his new contract for NY. If the Knicks say they are gonna match any offer sheet, they have to live up to it or the fans with go nuts over there. Now what's the backup plan?

It's not Les's fault. We woulda had an all star by now if Dawson was still general manager. He woulda traded damned near the whole team, but at least we woulda had an all star by now.

So 28.8 with 4th year team option? Not bad.

    But NYK will match.

    Another player people overlooked....

    Just like Lin.....

People can say what they want about Morey...but he can pick players.
