    Yes it's lame. But no worry. Lin is not coming. NYK would mortgage the Madison Square Garden if it is necessary to resign Lin because of the potential market that he can help the team to open up.

    If we are going to tank, this is the right move.
    At least more people will go watch the Rockets, and who knows he might pull Linsanity again.

    So the idea is that the Knicks ownership will put the team in luxury cap hell and keep Lin around as a disgruntled rotation player to sell jerseys to Asians?
