I couldn't stop looking at the sweater. Very difficult to pay attention to the weather. On the subject of hot women my current favorite is Mallika Sherawat. To the best of my knowledge though she doesn't do traffic or weather but was the Indian actress in the Jackie Chan movie The Myth.
