James Harden should consider boxing workouts

    ei this offseason he could use boxing to improve his conditioning and shred some of his fats and turned those fats of his into muscles and so he could get his body in good shape

    1. Rockets already incorporated some boxing into team workouts this season.
    2. Can't turn fat into muscle.
    3. His body fat doesn't look high enough, where decreasing it should be a priority for improved athletic performance.

    I agree 100%. And I'm not 12 and I've done boxing workouts and played basketball and can tell you 100% that it helped me. Basketball just doesn't seem all that tiring after you are ready for a fight. You can jump hirer, your hands and feet are quicker. Anyone calling the OP a fool is a fool.
