Unfortunately, only a major injury will stop him from playing basketball. Might as well cater to him than stopping him. Restrict his minutes to 35 during the regular season. He does better when playing and being in rythm.

Harden needs partying and basketball which he will have with “FIBA World Cup”.

Nice find. Thanks for the posting of them.

I enjoyed that FIBA a lot. Spain also had a few NBA players and was tough. (Gasol bros were Aholes) Dmo's team was a tough out. Australia (w/Bogut) lost to a team to ensure they wouldn't have to play USA and Phillipines calling them wussies but with a p for doing it. They wanted to play the USA saying they knew they would lose but wanted to see how they matched up. (They are big big BB fans and love the NBA down there.) Mexico had surprised me because they were a tough out. 1st I heard or seen Ayton play and wanted the Rockets to get him. Doesn't surprise me one bit that Phoenix got him now and he is playing well in the NBA. Every team that got beat by the USA the players promptly came to Coach K to get their pics taken with him. (he is considered a legend.) Coach K was retiring from coaching the US team after this FIBA and the upcoming Olympics so it was special seeing him coach. Also Faried and Harden played great together to the point that Morey was tweeting raves about him. Didn't surprise me at all he went after him when he had the chance. Coach K would bring in Harden and Curry, etc.in the 3rd and destroy the opposing team to where the 4th was a mere formality. If Harden wants to play in FIBA then I am hyped again.

Remember also during the trials these 3 had created a huge buzz. I was hyped to see all 3 playing together but of course we all know that Paul George broke his leg in Vegas after fouling Harden in a game. Harden was next to him and heard the bone break and he came to the sideline and looked sick. Within a day or 2 Durant quit the team as he was looking at a supermax contract. Harden said he of course was going to stay on the team as injuries can happen anytime regardless. I was bummed that George and Durant was not going to Spain but enjoyed anyway what the Beard accomplished. He pretty much took over the team and became its Captain and won it all for us. Durant of course eventually took the easy way out and went to win a couple of rings with GS. I am still a Durant fan and feel as if he was the best player back then and if there was any player I wanted on the Rockets besides Durant it would be Paul George. I have the Beard though as a consolation so I am good.

FIBA? Drew League? Harden is a baller. He will still get plenty of rest. In fact FIBA would jump start him for training camp to get him ready to go from the start.

Harden is just a different breed. We have to accept this.

Yeah he will be training and playing somewhere and trying out and playing on FIBA may even make him take it easy more.

It may be nearly impossible to fold a piece of paper in half more than 7 times, but James looks like he could fold Neymar in half more than 7 times in a heartbeat.
