James "Bad p*rn" Harden: Lots of scoring and penetration, but at the end of the day, are you really enjoying watching the performance?

(Yes, I stole that comment, originally made about Corey Maggette).

I love Lowe's analysis and thinks he's a top NBA writer/mind but this reasoning is dumb. Harden missed 9 games while Steph Curry missed only 4. So other than Curry, who else would have gotten his vote that missed "huge chunks of season"? Derrick Rose hasn't played in a year and a half. Dwyane Wade is a shell of his former self. Russell Westbrook is the only other legitimate player aside from Curry but even he couldn't get on the 3rd team. Despite his playoff play, Harden was flat out the best shooting guard in the NBA.

Yeah... Except the other first team choices are not great shakes defensively either.... Several of the guys listed coasted defensively this season.... And the second team choice (Curry) cannot guard his own shadow.

Defense at PG and SG in the NBA has been weak for years. Harden NEEDS to work on his defensive consistency and defensive performance, but the "hate" is out of hand based on a BS video cherry picking Harden's play....

Yes because Corey Maggette's game was ever on par with James Harden. If Maggette ever goes missing just go look for him at the free throw line at the local YMCA.

Everyone of those duos had an excuse as to why they got knocked out of the first round just like how our team had their own excuses. It still doesn't take away that they actually made those teams.

Maybe last season but Westbrook missed too many games this year.

Makes the first round exit even more embarrassing.

Dwight was way more valuable than Noah. Just idiots showing their bias, I guess..

There are other players that should have made it over harden but congrats anyways. I guess only shooting top of key 3's or driving into defense hoping for fouls gets you a "efficiency", medal.

Harden does not need to work hard on every field of basketball. He will be on the top as long as he can consistently keep the same offensive power in postseason as regular season.

I have no problem with Noah on first team. He is an amazing team leader which I give points for, and an amazing passer. He started initializing the offense for Chicago this year. Plus his normal beastly defense and rebounding

He wasn't. Noah is the reason why bulls make playoffs and also got DPOY honors. He was the life of the bulls as seen all season and was more consistent than Howard while playing injured
