Don't play victim here. There's a lot of criticism about Jeremy Lin, and I have not argued with one person about their analysis. He did not have a good preseason offensively, looked lost at times, and did not produce like he did last year. When people (tinman), make it a point to specifically call out his entire fanbase, using terms like "stinky tofu" to demean a person, that is racist. If you critique his awful shooting during the preseason games, that's fine, but once you start using racial epithets, you crossed the line.

This is a thread to generate a fight, and tinman got exactly what he wanted, controversy over something that everyone knows. Harden is a legit star, and if I were to build a team from scratch, and I had to choose between Lin and Harden, it would be Harden w/o a thought. Anyway, I came here to read/discuss basketball, and all I'm doing is fighting with a tinman. Obviously, I must look like an idiot, for arguing with an idiot.

I have no problem with your statement. I have not been too excited about what he's done so far with the Rockets. I still hope that his ordinary stats are a result of him coming back from an injury, and getting back to full strength, but I simply don't know.

What you said is not racist, it's close to what I saw. I have not seen people being called a racist for being critical of Lin, and if that's the case, those people are obviously as misguided and delusional as the tinman.

I am here, because he looked phenomenal last year. If he regresses to how he played in Golden State, then the Rockets will be headed to the lottery.
