I like how harden is working on post moves early on in his career. Kobe and Lebron were much further along in their careers before they got serious about working on their game down low in the paint.
Hakeem's more of a high performance coach, he can teach you the nuances when you already have the tools, he's not the guy to take someone from a zero to competence.

I agree with dachuda86, this is nice but it isn't legit unless you get Hakeem on board. McHale was great in his day but frankly, his past performances with developing post play with guys like Patterson, Morris and Smith, makes me think he isn't that great at teaching his post moves stuff.
