Drew GORDON, not Drew GOODEN. And not sure why people freak out about getting dunked on by Gordeon. Drew Gordon is not some amateur-- he played in Europe last year and was productive for an Euroleague team. He's also an 6'8'' athletic PF and a top recruit coming out of HS. http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Drew-Gordon-5158/stats/ He should be finishing over PGs stuck under the basket in transition.
As an organization, I think you'd prefer they play in these game prior to training camp since it helps semi keep them in shape in the off-season.
Didn't see anyone else post this. It's an article from a writer from Grantland, who was there that day. http://www.grantland.com/blog/the-t...ick-young-and-a-field-trip-to-the-drew-league
With addition of Howard, Harden's shooting attempts might go down a bit, but with Howard drawing defense in the paint, Harden's FG% will go up. I think Harden will still average 25-26 PPG.
I love how people keep saying Lin got "dunked on" which usually implies the defender actually tried to block the shot. In this case, Lin wasn't even defending Gordon but rather the passer Machado. It's the equivalent of getting sucker punched when ur back is turned.
Honestly, who cares about being dunked on? If you're around the basket, you're going to be in someone's poster eventually. Lebron was posterized by Jordan Crawford, who was still in college at the time. The only reason people cared was because his people tried to confiscate the video, which was more embarrassing than getting dunked on in the first place.
I think Harden was playing with a cat before the game. He keeps wiping something from his face after he makes a play.
lol, seemed like half the people here thought he was good enough to give Lin a run to start at point.
oh really? can you give me another link to the full vid? cause i see only 2 dunk by harden, and i think they play no D, just for fun But ok, 30+ is good
