Yup. We're gonna getchya! We're gonna getchya, getchya, getchya one way or another!

Update: James Spence Authentication has authenticated MORE THAN 900 Winston signatures, including more than 400 signed jersey #'s.
— darren rovell (@darrenrovell) October 14, 2014

Authenticator says Winston autographs are, in his company's opinion, legit. Some lawyers don't use their most powerful piece of evidence unless they have to and because Winston wasn't sitting in jail because of this _ there was no reason to bring that information out at that point. You let the police force and the D.A. run around in circles 1st trying to find enough evidence to charge him with rape which they couldn't (you how long it took Johnny before he said the glove didn't fit). He may have been saving it (if he has proof) for the possibility Winston was charged and or for the civil suit which was/is sure to come. Now that there's a Title IX investigation I can see why his lawyer is bringing it up. And in my opinion _ not even a cracker jack box lawyer would say such a thing if he didn't have proof. But even if the alleged victim did ask for money it does not mean she wasn't raped.
I disagree. It's Winston that keeps being stupid. The NCAA hasn't even contacted the university about the autographs. And it's the university that is conducting a hearing to see if Winston violated student conduct rules. Winston has brought all this onto himself. I really don't blame the NCAA.
Typically I'm on the side of the athlete in these matters. I hate the holier than thou BS these money grubbing universities spew. But it has been one thing after another with Winston. I'm at the point of suspension on principal. He acts like he's completely above the rules no matter how many times he's slapped on the wrist. It's time for something much more than a slap on the wrist.
This kid is going to drop in the draft. Texans might have a shot at him. He will mature one day and he has the skills to be elite.
Guy has extreme passion. He is 20 years old? You take him if he is there. This team would be 5-1 with Winston as the starter right now.
Texans would never go for a low character, high chance of legal troubles player like Winston no matter if he was Football Jesus.
J.R. may be right... But that's kind of hard to argue when the Texans traded for Mallet who is a known powder head. But with all the negative P.R. that Winston has _ I could see teams passing up on him. But as of now I'm still going by Winston's father being adamant about his son not going pro next year.
In situations like this the schools want to handle it before the NCAA gets involved... Because if the NCAA has to clean up their mess they could be hit with some serious sanctions. That's why Georgia suspended Gurley even though they didn't have to. But it may be serious evidence against Gurley... Unlike Johnny Football when he was at A&M.
