Also, the reaction every single GM around the league does when they remember they didn't take Jalen with the second pick. Tilman and Stone keeping on keeping on being the laughing stock of the league so far.
I admittedly wanted Jalen Green, and ironically a wing scorer is by far this team’s biggest need. The thought process made sense. He unfortunately just completely sucks.
How some of you feel about Green is how some Cavs fans feel about Mobley. Still the same player from his rookie year. Frustrating af to watch.
Yeah Mobley has been a disappointment too. He has zero offensive game whatsoever and has made no shooting strides. But at least he’s a good defender. Not what they hoped for but that’s a type of player that has a role in the league and a long career. I think Scottie Barnes is definitely the top guy out of the lottery and I’m not sure it’s close.
yea but his defense is really good and while he can't shoot at all, I think he's got some underrated passing and finishing by the hoop.
one impacts winning regardless if he provides offense or not. the other does not. It's offense or nothing at all
in this day and age of the modern era that gets grouped into being a wing as they are interchangeable.
His game last night....gave me last year feelings. Stats and a loss. Part of me wonders if the rest of the team, including coaching, is bending itself out of joint to try and get him to fit. Kinda like KPJ was last year. I want him to succeed because he's already ours but....he'd fit better somewhere else. Take the L on the pick and move on.
