That's taking it too far. I'm as pissed off as the next guy about Jacoby but death threats and burning his jersey aren't warranted. He admitted he made a mistake, and I'm sure it will haunt him for the rest of his career ala Nick Anderson. No need to take it to this level.

Even with jacoby fumble we still had the ball at midfield down by 4 with less than 5min left and a chance to win the game. Ppl are losing their minds with death threats and burning jerseys.

TJ's mistakes didn't put the Ravens 3 yards away from 7 points. Despite Kubiak's defending him, Jacoby hasn't had more than 3-4 good returns this year. He'd have more but a few were called back because of blocks in the back.

Every team's fan base has a few nut cases, if you make a death threat on somebody for droping a football you should be either locked up or have your head examined. What an embarrassment for the city. I was mad too, but cmon it's a football game

you expect your qb to throw interceptions. They all do it. It is the nature of passing. You don't expect your vet return guy to give the other team the ball at the goal line on a punt.

Sorry. I don't expect my QB to throw 3 INTs in a do or die game.

Not absolving Jacoby of his responsibility. Just baffles me that the city is ready to run JJ out of town (which I am not opposed to) yet calling for TJ to start next year.

Raven's scored 10 points of TJ's TOs. That is a fact, regardless of whether they were 3 yard away or 32.

I agree that JJ is and should be gone.

Shouldn't Jacoby be given some credit for covering a Foster fumble?

LOL anyone who is calling for TJ to start over Matt Schaub has the mindset of Jacoby while fielding punts. If Schaub is healthy, he is the starter period.

I brought that up earlier in the thread. Jacoby is a scrub, but he isn't the only reason we lost yesterday. The Texans repeatedly shot themselves in the foot. Last trip to Baltimore Jacoby also had a nice td catch. It's ok to be mad at the guy, hell I was but some people are taking it too far.

If he didn't drop the pass he wouldn't be having issues.

he did that same move last week against the bengals and got away with it. i blame the coaches for letting him get away with it the first time. they should have made sure he wouldn't do it again--old school style--running up and down the steps of reliant! like a high school coach would have done!

It's false folks, he didn't receive death threats, no police escort and nobody burned his jersey on his lawn. Cmon guys, this isn't Philly or NY where they take it to another level.

Well, I think the death threats are too much. Burn whatever you want, it's your stuff.

the death threats and death wishes are too much, how can you do that, its just a football game.

the burning of the jerseys, I dont care, I mean I wouldnt do it, but its your stuff, and if you want to waste money to buy a jersey and then burn it, go ahead, but you are crazy.

but yeah, he should get cut or be traded for a 5th or 6th round.
