i dont know why this dude is so beloved on clutchfans.. dude would be a terrible representation for this franchise based on his character
Huh? LOL, WB has played over 1100 games in the NBA. He blows your point to smithereens. He started for 14 seasons and is playing in his 17th. How often do "non-athletic" PGs do that? What's really funny is there were some who thought WB wouldn't last because of his athleticism and he's proven them dead wrong. Yet after the fact, you try and argue he proves your nonsensical point when the opposite is actually true. John Wall had a decent run with the Wizards. His career was ~double the NBA average.
russell westbrick is still in the leagie only because players and analyst stick up for him, he is very much coddled by ex-players for whatever reason i dont know. Russ stopped having a positive impact on wins back in 2020-2021. His insane box score numbers are off-set by his horrific shooting. Russ is like an anchor to any teams offensive rating in the modern nba. Yea he plays hard, but he also plays stupid and non-winning basketball. The only time russ has been out of the first round of the playoffs since 2016 was in 2020 when harden played out of his mind in the first round vs okc
I'm not a Russ fan at all. That isn't the point here, which is your statement athleticism shortens careers of PGs. Complete nonsense. If you believe the Lakers and Clippers "coddled" Russ by trading for and signing him because "analysts" stick up for him, you are totally clueless. You also don't seem to realize there are a lot of players that absolutely despise him. LeBron wanted WB on the Lakers instead of Buddy Hield so he could be their second perimeter alpha to give LeBron a break from dominating every possession. The Clippers signed him because his contract was cheap and low risk. "Coddling" had nothing to do with it.
lebron hasnt always made great decisions, lebron wanted the cavs to overpay both tristan thompson and iman shumpert then alledgely wanted kyrie traded to the suns for blesoe.. which made kyrie angry and he forced a trade to the celtics also westbrook was a free-agent this past offseason and still only got a vet min contract from the clippers. he'd be out of the league he wanted more money just like john wall is right now, no team is gonna offer him more than that when offense is more important in the nba than ever before
For all the criticism, dude is going strong and avoided injuries in the last few years.......17 seasons....
The Memphis Grizzlies were dealt an unfortunate blow on Monday night regarding All-NBA guard Ja Morant, who will miss the remainder of the season with a labral tear in his shoulder. The Grizzlies had already started the 2023-24 season behind the 8-ball, in large part because of Morant's 25-game suspension. https://spacecityscoop.com/posts/3-...om-the-grizzlies-following-ja-morant-s-injury
If Smart can play out of his mind offensively they can still be somewhat competitive but their bad start will cost them any chance making the Playoffs or Play In very likely.....
Ja needs to drop it, nothing street about him. He is soft - just go by Jay and move to the suburbs and live the dream. Goofy b**** looking clown.
