screw yao, he may defect with wang. rocks should take j.will and get a big for #15 pick and shop mobley... i think j.will is a more consistent player and proven winner.

    Screw Yao?

    Well, as the saying goes:

    To each his own.

 ming just got through leading his team to the cba championship, steamrolling his opponents. jwill missed crucial free throws allowing his team to be highly upset not even reaching the finals. i'd say ming is every bit as proven as jwill.

but, imo, neither of them are actually proven because they have yet to play one minute of nba basketball.

    screw jason williams.
I am thrilled the Rockets are getting Yao.
The Rockets with Williams would never go anywhere.

You can have your 6'1 200 lb point guard who can't make clutch free throws. I'll take the 7'6 300 lb center, thanks.

I realize that many people out there think that Jay Williams should be the #1 pick. But I think he'll get embarrassed by the better pg's in the league like Francis, Baron Davis, Payton, Marbury etc. What do ya'll think?

For what it's worth, Ming's overall FT% is higher then Jay Williams.

But Jay Williams is much more athletic and talented then Mateen Cleaves, I disagree with that comparison.
