Cuttino Mobley goes by the Laundrys at Westheimer and Fondren sometimes. There's an African-American bartender there that is a good friend of his.

You wont find a single news report saying he was not guilty either. Sounds more like a hush hush agreement was reached.

Also, it was more than some random "morons" you seem to be implying. He was VIDEOTAPED.

"Police in South Florida said former Orlando Magic star Juwan Howard was videotaped on surveillance camera stealing a pair of sunglasses, according to Local 6 sports director Todd Lewis.

Howard, who currently plays for the Houston Rockets, was shopping at a Miami Beach store when the alleged incident happened.

Miami Beach police told WPLG-TV that when they reviewed the surveillance tape, Howard could be seen pocketing the sunglasses when the clerk's eyes were averted."

In addition, Miami newspaper also reported that he paid for 2 glasses worth $850 total but pocketed the $1600 ones while his card was being charged.

As I said, you wont find anything on him being found guilty or not guilty because a hush hush deal was reached....

...BUT the tape doesn't lie! :p
