Morey said being a contender. He didn't qualify being requiring a chip. And as I recall, he was speaking for Les, as well.

Morey is waaay over the tax-line, now. He's only been over the taxline once, just barely.

Laundry's? I thought it was the go-to place for washing your socks, if you don't have a washer and dryer at home. Landry's is a step up from Red Lobster, though. Certainly better than no seafood at all.

No one knows exactly what was the deal, but to Les it could be true...but could be not, it was too risky...
maybe this mindset is what allowed him to be among the super rich, otherwise he would be dependants on his pension paychecks, If I'm robbing a bank, last thing I would do is to tell Charles Barkley!

for Tillman, let's hope he is doing better than Hilton Koch

The only thing I don’t like about him is that he likes Leslie’s chinese jerseys and logos

Tilman has been a great replacement to Les so far

    and

Les was a great owner. I couldn't stand his laugh, and felt sometimes he got too involved. However, he spent money when he needed to, he went in heavy on community outreach, he always nabbed us good coaches until 'Milk Hair'. Got us DM. He served the city well. Can't complain about Leslie besides him thieving our championship trophies at the end.

Yes, it's actually one of those "insert-a-celebrity" meme-ish posts. I think the original was Ryan Gosling but I think subbing him for Tilman makes it a bit more interesting :p

Owners get judged by how the team is doing so really not too much to complain about at this time with CP3 and Capela back.

Someone post the video of Les laughing. You can't make a qualified judgement until then.

Heard a million stories about Fertitta being a douchebag, but he goes hard for my preferred sports teams, so he's alright by me. I don't think he's done anything of note as Rockets owner yet to distinguish himself from Alexander. Keeping Chris Paul and paying the tax to contend are no-brainers that Les would have done, as well. No noticeable changes the arena, uniforms, front office, etc. Probably best that he figures out what he's doing before making changes.

Honestly, this is probably an idiot, but I'm very proud of the maturity Tilman has shown after PJ Tucker swooped in and took his number. Tilman didn't tweet any bible messages or anything in response. I like his maturity and dedication to his team. Relinquishing his number for a second year player is huge. I'm proud of him.

We are lucky. Les was a phenomenal owner and Tilman has proved to be a great owner so far as well. Now all we need to do is fill the lower bowl every once in a while (yeah yeah, corporate seats blah blah blah).

The lower bowl is Les's fault for his greed tier seating.

I'm still recovering from all the terrible food I ate at Landry's trying to support this guy.
