The guy is brainwashed scum. Muslim here.

Way to go, ISIS inspired jerkoff, you just tainted Ramadan and tomorrow's Eid celebrations with this crap.

Violence of any kind towards innocents is forbidden and during the sacred month its especially forbidden and especially while still fasting. On top of that the guy was arrested earlier in April for Driving under the Influence. Not a very observant Muslim is he? Of course not, he's scum. Glad he's dead, but now Muslims everywhere have to deal with more hate and vitriol from ATW types.

This happened a mile from my work. My son went to HS school and college with him. However, I don't it is ISIS related. Just a crackpot with a middle east background.

Edit: btw - I might add that the "rumor" is that he caught his gf cheating on him and went out to commit suicide last week. if true, I suspect think that is what caused him to snap. Now while he was a muslim and might have gone radical in the end, I think he just cracked.

There's not a definition between affiliated or just nuts. It could be either or both. Probably not neither though.

I can sympathize with your situation. Most victims of Isis, Al Queda, etc are not only different Muslim denominations but secularized Sunnis as well. Must be tough for your community in that regard........

Security has to be taken seriously for all military bases regardless of size and priority because those that joined and committed themselves to serve have lives that matter and are worth as much as those at the larger bases.

How can this be. Obama himself said Isis is the JV team. Could Obama have actually been wrong?????

Depends on your definition of what 'JV' entails. For me it entails an entity that imposes absolutely no threat to our nation's sovereignty.

As horrible as this incident was with loosing four Marines, it was just a lone gunman.

Ah yes...your main concern when an Islamist goes and murders innocents is that poor Muslims are victims of evil ATW (who hadn't even posted). Got it.

As a Muslim, you cite his drinking as evidence he isn't a true Muslim more so than the murdering?

Yes, the two are directly related. If you regime change Iran, you will end up getting rid of ISIS right, Mr Cheney?

We can read between your lines. You find the event insignificant.

If you follow security briefings, lone gunman attacks is what worries HLS. It doesn't take hundreds of thousands of dollars, years of flight school training and a platoon of muslims to inflict major casualties. See McVeigh.

    Ft. Hood
    Boston Marathon
    Chattanooga

    The list is only beginning.
