I agree. Hartenstein is a keeper. Patience is the key.

Hartenstein definitely has potential to be a solid bench rotation-worthy center. Just keep working. Has has the strength that Zhou did not have. If Hartenstein can continue to be a 3pt threat, even better. His big thing is being able to "defend without fouling." That is why he doesn't play right now. Just keep working at it.

Slouches a lot which negates his reach advantage. Love seeing more dunks from him, needs to finish plays strong.

Wow, he's dunking everything hard in that video. That aggressiveness is impressive. That putback jam was totally basket interference though.

I was not especially impressed with him earlier this season. He showed he had a future in the NBA but there appeared to be substantive limitations to how he could contribute.

He looks a lot more confident and fluid now.

Defend without fouling and rebounding is what is needed from him. Anything extra is gravy.

He's playing almost double the minutes per game vs last year yet his efficiency is up across the board. Net rating way up, BPM way up, assist% way up, ts% PER usage rebounding all up.

Just off the top of my head I want to say this is the best stats any Viper has put up since the Rockets have been using them as a minor league. Clint did well too but slightly lower across the board besides block%, and in way less minutes.

His 3 ball will be key if he's gonna be anything more than a big body to eat a few minutes.

If he can get that to where people have to respect it he could be a really valuable rotation guy.

The same as Cheese. A tanking team would give them more minutes.

Wouldn't know how to win though.

At some point he's going to be our main backup center, would love to se that happen already this season but i guess i'm expecting too much. Hopefully we can somehow keep Faried next summer, would be pretty awesome to have two good and different bigs coming off the bench.

This is where I think savvy and experience will come into play.... some fouls are just him not being there quick enough..... but tbh I think he’s been a victim of being a scrub..... no one knows him because honestly a lot of the fouls he got, after seeing the replay and trying to be objective (objective meaning if the other player was harden, would I want that call) I really don’t see much of a foul..... but that comes with playing time and name recognition sadly......

If harkinstein can beat kenneth faired, he is Dmo level. But his speed is slower than Faried and seldom to do slam dunk. He needs to drink more milk powder to him looks more stronger to vs cousins and need to improve his defence

Hartenstein's intelligence and work ethic will serve him well as he continues to develop. He appears to be making very solid strides in his development and already looks ready to contribute. At this rate, I expect that he'll be a rotation player for the Rockets as soon as next season. He's 20 years old -- if he were in the NCAA, we'd be talking about an instant-impact lottery pick in the 2019 draft.

    GOOD DAY
