Is Tierre still hanging around?

Is Tierre Brown still hanging around Houston, waiting for Rudy to
give him a call? I sure as heck hope so.

Also, I still have not quite yet figured out what the team's rationale
was in keeping Tito over Tierre..

But I'll tell you one thing - either A) Tito Maddox suddenly starts
to get some floor time, or B) Tito is put on IR or cut and Tierre
Brown gets a call and is back on this roster.. all within the next
week I suspect.


I like The Mooch. I have not cared for his play this year though..
it's as though his head has just not been in the game like it has
been in the past. If he and Rudy are not EXTREMELY careful, he is
in serious danger of becoming this city's next Jose Lima - a guy
who was an overachiever, very popular not only with the local fans,
but with many fans all across the country, only to suddenly be
tossed to the curb when he no longer could do the one thing he
was absolutely needed to to: NOT LOSE THE GAMES.

But Les and Rudy and CD are nothing if not responsive to the fans,
at least insofar as they make it clear they are aware of the fans
thoughts and feelings about the team at any given time. This time
will be no different. It is very unlikely that Mooch will be cut, because
of his contract as well as the fact that we are currently down one
guard anyway. However, do not be surprised to see DNP next to
his name more than a few times over the next several weeks, until
the heat dies down some.


ps - who was supposed to be guarding Piatkowski on that last
play anyway???
