Essentially for every 720k people in your state, you get a representative. It has nothing to do with liberals or conservatives. By your logic, just because Wyoming is weighted at 3x (your number), which is 3 EC's, California should be balanced and be give 25% more EC's to counter, with a increase of 13 EC's. Yep. All you're doing is twisting your math around to make a point. Nope. BTW, it's ECs, not EC's.

Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. You vote in Trump, don't be shocked when it has a reaction. Bernie is nothing compared to what an "equal reaction" to Trump should be in theory. Reg Electoral college: I don't see that one as a serious argument. that would be stupid for Dem's to pursue while in power and what actual Democrats holding office have pursued getting rid of the electoral college? The Democrats have traditionally had a working class message that they need to get back to. I don't think anyone is serious about it. Just b****ing about how out dated it is. They should be able to win elections either way though. Regardless I don't see Dems trying to actually get it changed.... However there is Trump in actual power... actually challenging our institutions and our laws while Conservatives turn a blind eye because they are hoping he gives them what they want. Just remember it could be you guys on the other side with our institutions holding a Socialist democrat in check. But yes I will give you that notion that sure all leaders on both sides test the limits of our institutions. However you can't say with a straight face that anyone has equivalently tested those limits on the left like Trump is now on the right. Funny thing was the biggest gripe on Obama in this area were the executive orders. Look at where we are now. How many EO's has he written? Look.... point is we agree institutions matter. I think that's a good start but I'd say just please be more careful with stating equivilency between extreme right/ Alt Right and the normal every day folks here that might not have voted for Trump, and might attend a Town hall, or March for Science. It's pretty damn unfair.

Everything is awful, horrible, and a disaster (facts and numbers be damned) if it's a Democratic policy but everything is f'n spectacular (again, facts and numbers be damned) as long as Trump says so. I've rarely seen anything so mind numbingly stupid. The willingness of ordinary Americans to line up behind this pile of garbage is really frightening. We as a country will pay a steep price for this nonsense.
Then the GOP needs to moderate its policies and party leaders. Every action has a reaction. And read my post from above w/ Hollic. If extreme Leftist policies are dangerous because they lead to socialized government expansion which leads to communism (that's really the only equivilent I'm getting from you guys when asked what does extreme left really mean), then YOU folks on the right need to make sure your party continues to uphold our institutions which creates checks and balances for our leaders to protect against government officials breaking laws and violating the constitution. Trump right now is testing those limits of our institutions. This will bite You Guys on the right if a socialist Democrat is elected where we have accepted a system where our officials can operate above the law. So are you going to stand up to Trump? I doubt it. However it's in your best interest to hold him accountable and make sure that the conservative agenda you want him to pass is done the right way. Sorry but you guys only have yourself and Trump to blame for liberals getting pushed further to the left. If you want your Liberal friends opinions and actions moderated .... talk to them. Stop being a defensive talking point right winger for a second and talk to them like a normal person not a Bill ORielly talking point clone.
