The way the game has been played has been changed by the NBA Rules, not a jumpshooting Point Guard. Don't get me wrong, the guy is absolutely amazing and exciting to watch, but this flavor of the year thing in the NBA is getting old always trying to shove down our throats the next great one. ..and we're talking about a guy who only really does things well on one side of the ball. Of course he means alot to his team but he's a year off from ankle injuries and a low ball contract. I love watching Steph and am a fan, but what I hate is this insistence on not allowing us to enjoy players for who they are and always trying to make guys all time greats in one year. Nothing is special anymore
Don't want to make this about Harden or how he reacts to games. I had no idea a meaningless regular season game could mean so much to someone at the top of their game. It's not even like they had the streak on the line, which would have been understandable. His competitiveness and hatred of losing is at MJ/Kobe psychotic levels.
