After Cousins join Rockets, Daryl Morey can deal Capela for a PF/SF player.

Cousins Stats Per Game: Age 27, Minutes play 36
    26 points, 13 rebounds, 5 assists, Per 24
LeBron stats Per Game: Age 33, minutes play 37
    27 points, 8 rebounds, 9 assists, Per 30

    Offense:
According to the NBA Player Tracking stats, Cousins shot 67.9 percent from 15-20 feet when assisted by a teammate. With Paul/Harden,as the ball handler, imagine how unstoppable Houston’s high pick-and-roll would become among the big 3. Are they the best offensive trio in the nba history?

    Defense:
According to the NBA Defensive Player Tracking stats, when defending players, Cousins is allowing his opponents to shoot 45.0 percent from the field. So DeMarcus Cousins would be an upgrade to the Rockets defense.

By the way, LeBron requests for no-trade clause, Cousins doesn't.

People will say no... and he’s not moving anyways but mannnn I’d take the chance. I love Clint, but he struggles with strength. Also as great as beard is gs and sa gameplan well against him. With Paul and boogie I don’t see how our offense would be stopped

If anyone is a better fit its Paul George at 5 years younger than LBJ. Cousins is great, but idk he makes some boneheaded decisions and has a temper. Today he dribbled the ball up the court traveled then just gave the ball to Kanter directly and it ended with him on a poster, absolutely absurd looking play.

Boogie has no hops. We really run that lob play as an essential part of our offense. He's a great player but for this offense? I don't think he's a good fit. he can hoop from the outside though, so I like him as a 4, but we won't be able to get him for just Ryno and who would be able to do the Capela role?

Because of that, I cannot say Boogie is a better fit than Lebron.

No way Boogie is a better fit. Lebron would play our 4 and take over ryno spot. Cp, JH, Ariza, LBJ, and Clint

That’s unstoppable and all the pieces fit each other

If you told him, be a spot up shooter. Hed be down, and is a really good one.

    What I am saying is

    a 5-year period upon fitting.

LeBron first playoffs with Rockets would be age 34.5.

    Contract First Year Salary:
    Cousins 30.6 million
    LeBron 35.7 million

Nobody is a better fit than LeBron, anywhere. The only advantage Cousins has over LeBron is age.

How about rebounds, one of the Rockets biggest weakness?

How about salary? (additional 5 million salary could turn out to be extra 30 million luxury tax)

How about flexibility of no-trade clause?

Rockets are ranked 1st in defensive rebounding percentage and 9th in total rebound percentage...

Bron is worth the extra luxury tax cost because Bron>>>>Boogie

Don't forget LeBron age at the playoffs time is between age 34.5 and 39.5.

Kobe played like $hit when he was 35.

I’d still take aging Lebron over Boogie without hesitation because our ceiling is way higher with Lebron than it is with Boogie

Kobe couldn’t come back from that ruptured Achilles...Bron has been remarkably healthy throughout his career, and while his injury risk will no doubt increase in the upcoming years, I would still take that risk over settling for Boogie who comes with his own well documented risks

People keep on pushing this "rebounding is our weakness" narrative without even checking the numbers. We don't have many great rebounding big men. But we are a good TEAM rebounding team.

This dude is a head case. Do y’all not remember him trying to attack his own coach George Karl during practice.

yeah, I would say 2 of our biggest weaknesses are communication in the halfcourt defensively and getting back in transition
