I enjoy reading DD's posts, he is definently up their...I just hope the quality of everyone keeps picking up, especially when all this T-mac drama is solved. Of course Clutch, durvusa, The Yoyo, and thacabbage should be considered... I like tinmans throw back posts too
I can't say he's the greatest because there are too many other outstanding posters on this board. But he would certainly get voted in to the all-star game by the coaches. DD is certainly iconic as well. The first thought I had when the Rockets resigned Wafer wasn't about how he would fit in with the current squad or if he could add a significant scoring punch off the bench. Nope. It was DD faints.
In his 60,000th post, DD said Budinger looks pink. Clearly, his insightfulness has increased along with the volume.
too high a volume. I'm sick of the every other post in a thread being a DD. I wish we had a ppd limit
Et tu brutus? I just get caught up in the T-groupies and their alternate reality...trying to bring some truth to them....with a sledge hammer. DD
Nah, he has time, but when he screws up, I will say so....and when he plays well, I will say that too. Such the life of the pragmatic fan. DD
DD style of posting really matches his favorite player....... yep you guessed T-mac similarities: both are high volume "shooters" t-mac needs the ball in his hand to be effective, DD needs to dominate a thread to get his point across. t-mac is a ball stopper, DD stops the flow in the thread and starts a argument over the same issues concerning t-mac (in all 14 t-mac threads) DD is a extremely polarizing poster, lots love him and lots love to hate him DD also doesnt know when to stop arguing over the exact same issue, and has been called out on a few flip-flop moments. ( T-mac and his strange contradicting interviews) well now the good, both have a undeniable talent, in my opinion DD isnt the best poster in terms of quality, but he is by far the most emblematic poster on here, he kind of is clutchfans, come on, everyone knows that without him the forum just wouldnt be the same. A great example is when wafer was re-signed the first thing I thought was of DDs reaction, and then if it really was a good move etc....and im sure more people also immediatley associated wafer to DD.
