They're both leaders - they just have different styles. CP3 is the in-your-face micro-manager and James is the hands-off kind that just expects you to do your job.
I don't know why some fans need to figure out who is better at leadership or the PG between Harden and Paul - we should just be really happy to have both of them instead of trying to piss on one guy in favor of the other. Tinman wants to turn Harden into T-mac - anyone who is a threat to getting more fame than Vernon Maxwell is on his hit list.
He is Moses without the Beard but honestly he is a supreme leader but not a consistent superstar anymore, just a star leader.
